Please note that purchasing clothing and accessories over the Internet differs from shopping in-store. In particular, you acknowledge that:

If you ever forget which keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to the short code. Upon receiving the "HELP" message, we will reply with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, and exclusions may apply.
Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or gift cards and are only valid on full-price items unless otherwise specified by Luna Soul.
Sample sale tickets are non-refundable and must be redeemed against your sample sale purchases. All items purchased from a sample sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Some items may have minor imperfections due to their sample nature.
Single-Use Coupon Codes: Some codes, such as UNiDAYS, can only be used once. If your promo code does not work, it may have already been used.
This section outlines the terms that apply to your purchase of goods from us via the website.
You submit a request to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the following steps on the website:
- Adding a product to your shopping basket
- Entering login details
- Providing delivery address details
- Providing billing address details
- Confirming your order
Your order constitutes a request to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until we accept it. If you order more than one product, your order includes a series of requests for each individual product. Upon receiving your order, we will send an order acknowledgment email to the email address you provided during the order process.
This order acknowledgment email will include your order number, details of the goods ordered, and a delivery estimate. Please note that this email is solely an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of any requests to purchase goods.
We must receive full payment for the goods before we can accept any requests. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we will process the payment when preparing your goods for dispatch.
A request made by you to purchase a product will only be considered accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email, which will include details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any requests in an order before acceptance. If a product is unavailable, we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. Any unavailable product will not be included in the contract for the dispatched products.
All prices and charges on the website are displayed in the relevant currency for the region selected at the top right-hand corner of the website and in GBP £ on our Rest of World site. Delivery charges will be applied based on the chosen delivery address and will be displayed during the order process.
Luna Soul store accepts payment by Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Maestro / Apple Pay / Goggle Pay. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. All payment is made with Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal, Clearpay, Klarna & Lay-by.
Luna Soul store reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Luna Soul store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR, USD or GBP into any other currency.
